Shipping

Every North GA Local shirt is printed just for you after you order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. So here's what to expect once you hit the button.

How long will it take?

Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and up to 7 in busy seasons. Our print partner, Printful, makes each shirt to order.

Once it ships, standard delivery in the US usually takes 3 to 4 business days.

So most orders land at your door in about 5 to 9 business days. Business days don't count weekends or holidays, and the holiday season can run a little slower.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, it's a flat $5 anywhere in the US. You'll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you ordered more than one shirt, they might show up in separate packages. That's normal, and you'll get tracking for each one.

Double check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is right before you check out. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it went unclaimed, we'll gladly send it again once we have the right address, but the reshipping cost is on you.

If you spot a mistake in your address after ordering, email us right away at hello@northgalocal.com. Orders go into production quickly, but if yours hasn't gone to print or shipped yet, we'll fix it.

Lost package?

If your tracking says delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and around the house first. If it still hasn't turned up, or it never arrived at all, email us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work it out with you. We can't replace a package that went to a wrong address entered at checkout.
