Shipping policy

Every North GA Local shirt is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and ships directly from their facility.

Production time. Every shirt is made to order. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and can take up to 7 business days during busy seasons.

Delivery time. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 4 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within about 5 to 9 business days of ordering. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and peak seasons can run longer.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, before taxes. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy. Please confirm your shipping address before checking out. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or that go unclaimed, can be reshipped at the customer's cost once a correct address is confirmed.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and around your home first. If it still doesn't turn up, or it never arrived, contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@northgalocal.com. We'll review it with the carrier and our print partner and, where the package was lost in transit, send a replacement or refund. We can't replace packages that tracking shows were delivered to the address provided at checkout, or that were sent to an incorrect address you entered.

Taxes. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout.
